Thank you to our community for participating in the 2023 Parkway West Band Arts and
Crafts Fair! Vendors, shoppers, volunteers, and West band students all came together
for a fun weekend celebrating. We are thankful!
The 40th Parkway West Band Boosters Fall Arts and Crafts Fair will be held on October
26th and 27th, 2024. The West Craft Fair, considered one of the finest in the area, is the
band’s biggest annual fundraiser, and we are committed to its overall success.
The shopping hours will be 9 AM to 4 PM on Saturday, October 26, and 10 to 3 PM on
Sunday, October 27.
The students in the band directly benefit from this fundraiser and will be on hand on
Friday evening to help vendors unload and set up, as well as on Saturday morning. The
band and the booster parents are dedicated to ensuring a professional and service
oriented day. The continued success, combined with a friendly volunteer staff and
community support has vendors, artisans and crafters returning annually.

Are you interested in exhibiting at the 2024 Craft Fair?
We are always looking for artisans, craftspeople, and entrepreneurs with interesting,
well-made items to sell. Our Craft Fair is a juried show, and we strive to pull together a
collection of vendors that are selling a wide variety of items that shoppers may not find
anywhere else. We process applications in the order that they are received, but we do
not guarantee that every applicant will be accepted. Application fees are returned to the
vendors who do not make it into our show.
